Physical Education
What is it to be a Sportsman/woman at Marriotts?
Our faculty vision is to instil a lifelong interest in Physical Education, Physical Fitness and Health. We aim to share our passion for the subject and develop each and every student as sportsmen and women regardless of individual starting points.
We pride ourselves on offering our students an extensive PE extra-curricular programme where we ensure all students have access to a broad and multifaceted enrichment programme both in school and the local community. We cater for every single student with two strands to school sport; participation, where every student has the opportunity to take part; competitive fixtures, where students will compete against other schools in competitive fixtures.
High expectations and standards are embedded throughout the faculty to ensure we provide the optimum environment for students to fulfil their potential.
