Second in Science (KS3 Lead)

We are currently looking to appoint a Second in Science (KS3 Lead) to join our large and vibrant Science Faculty. This is a full-time permanent appointment from September 2024, but part-time would be considered.  The successful candidate will be a qualified, enthusiastic and committed practitioner who is able to provide high quality teaching and learning for our students across all ages and ability including A level.  This position would suit an experienced science leader or someone looking to develop in their first leadership role. We are looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative individual to join a friendly, supportive and committed Science Faculty at an exciting time of our KS3 curriculum development as we introduce Springboard Science. The Science Faculty offer a wide range of subjects, at all key stages including at least 7 Sixth Form courses: Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Applied Science. Post 16 uptake for science is extremely high.
